About us

Reginald Harris, a veteran of the tech industry, has held key positions at prominent Silicon Valley companies including Google and Dropbox. Reggie has developed a way of communicating challenging and complex concepts in a way that is engaging, friendly, and easily comprehensible. At Better Together Labs, Reggie combines his broad understanding of both corporate and non-profit working environments along with unique insights into the nature of human interaction  to transform  stagnant  organizations  into  dynamic, collaborative teams that are fun to work in. Reggie is an honors graduate of Harvard University with a degree in Computer Science and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Chinese language and culture. He is also an avid improvisor and his work is heavily influenced by the philosophies and methodologies of improvisation.

Reggie's work is heavily influenced by the philosophies and methodologies of improvisation. He is a member of the teaching faculty at Leela Improv Theatre in San Francisco.

Mallory Penney has produced live virtual events for a wide range of organizations spanning across industries including Genentech, New York Life, California State University, and Kaiser Permanente. She has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Theater and Performance Studies with a focus on stage management. Mallory is experienced working with groups of up to 500 people and more. She relies on her experience as a stage manager to ensure events run smoothly every time. She brings her technical knowledge of virtual event platforms and production along with her warm, authentic energy to all of her interactions allowing facilitators and participants to feel at ease and taken care of. Mallory is experienced working with a variety of top virtual events platforms. She is highly organized, has well-honed time management skills, and is adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently. Mallory’s agile problem-solving skills allow her to smoothly and effectively navigate any technical or logistical obstacles that may arise during an event. Mallory is highly sought after for her exceptional leadership and creativity to ensure the success of each project. She is an Applied Improvisation Certified Practitioner and uses her improvisation and facilitation experience to stay one step ahead of technical or logistic needs that may arise in an event.
